Fior Rodriguez (she/her) is a Dominican Republic-born artist currently residing in Connecticut.  Fior draws inspiration from her Hispanic upbringing in Miami, and her paintings can be described as colorful and bizarre. Her subject matter tends to be melancholy, a sharp contrast to the bright and varying color palettes used, with running themes on feminism, loss, and mental illness. Fior prefers acrylics and oil pastels, but she occasionally strays and dabbles in other mediums/art forms.
